POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for leading Metalogic’s Advanced NDT Department & Services.
This is a senior leadership position, requiring a close working relationship with multiple Metalogic locations across Canada and the U.S.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages and continuously enhances Metalogic's advanced NDT training and certification programs.
- Assess opportunities for new NDT applications and technology development, supporting the project from idea to service implementation.
- Provide technical direction to our InspectIQ software development team to continuously enhance quality and efficiencies.
- Leads the development of technical specifications/procedures ensuring code, regulatory and customer compliance.
- Provides coaching and guidance to field technicians, while reinforcing a culture of teamwork & innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have minimum 10 years of experience in an inspection or NDT position.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel & Word.
- A thorough understanding of industry codes and technical requirements.
- CGSB level 2 - UT, MT, PT, RT, ET or equivalent
- Minimum requirement CGSB UT2 and PCN PAUT/TOFD
